Dual-output Positive-negative Pulse Power Supply
This pulse power supply is mainly used for PCB electroplating with high aspect ratios (16:1, 20:1, 40:1). It delivers remarkable performance in processes such as through holes, buried holes and blind holes, especially for PCB boards with a thickness above 3 mm. The T/P ratio can reach over 95%. Compared with DC electroplating power supplies, the pulse power supply features higher electroplating efficiency and better plating quality.

1. Specially designed for multilayer PCB processing technology.
2. The pulse waveform has negligible distortion and is close to the theoretical waveform; the overshoot coefficient is ≤2%, much lower than the conventional 10%.
3. DC mode and pulse mode are optional for free selection.
4. Supports custom output waveforms instead of fixed preset options; automatic control enables operation with unlimited waveform segments.
5. Multiple communication interfaces are available, including RS232, RS485, analog quantity, Profibus, etc.
6. Dual-channel or multi-channel output with excellent pulse synchronization performance.
7. Pulse rise and fall time: less than 100μs.
8. Synchronization error: ≤2%.
9. Built-in ampere-hour meter function.
10. Equipped with protection functions of over-temperature, over-voltage, under-voltage, overload and short circuit. Adopting sealed structure design and imported acid-proof, alkali-proof and waterproof three-proof paint, the product owns longer service life and higher durability.
