Features
The IGBT energy-saving aluminum oxidation power supply combines the strengths of mainstream advanced IGBT switching energy-saving technology and modular N+1 structural design. Adopting CPU centralized control, it optimizes the power supply in terms of output waveform quality, power factor, operating efficiency and the quality of the anodizing film formation process, launching a new generation of intelligent, environmentally friendly and energy-saving power supply.
Based on massive user operation data analysis, this series of power supplies can fully meet and partially improve the anodizing process requirements. Compared with power supplies of other brands, it reduces the film formation time by about 20-30%, and also delivers an excellent promoting effect on the coloring process.
In addition, it boasts outstanding energy-saving advantages in energy consumption and efficiency when compared with traditional thyristor-controlled oxidation power supplies, as specified below:1. Adopts modular design with N+1 (or X) redundant backup architecture. It consists of multiple parallel power modules, with one (or X) modules serving as redundant backup power units.
2. Easy maintenance and non-stop operation upon module failure.
3. Extremely low ripple coefficient, high control accuracy and excellent uniformity of coating layer.
4. Constant current and constant voltage operating modes with free switching available.
5. Standardly equipped with RS232 & RS485 communication interfaces.
6. 4-20mA, 0-5V and 0-10V analog control signals are optional with extra charge.
7. Optional multiple communication protocols including Profibus, DeviceNet and Modbus.
8. Built-in ampere-hour accumulation function.
9. Comprehensive protection functions: over-temperature, over-voltage, under-voltage, overload and short-circuit protection.
