This pulse power supply is mainly used for PCB electroplating with high aspect ratios (16:1, 20:1, 40:1). It delivers remarkable performance in processes such as through holes, buried holes and blind holes, especially for PCB boards with a thickness above 3 mm. The T/P ratio can reach over 95%. Compared with DC electroplating power supplies, the pulse power supply features higher electroplating efficiency and better plating quality.

1. Applied to PCB copper electroplating, blind hole plating, hole filling and other copper plating processes, with deep plating performance comparable to or better than international brands. 2.
